Judges Comments:

Very interesting class to do. A lot of different styles and Double factors versus single factors, all those things you've got to put into the mix.

Cage M owned by Phillip Bosci from South Queensland, very long budgie, good feather direction. And probably the best variety bird in the whole group so deserved winner at number one.

Cage A owned by A Humadi from Victoria, The second bird good long bodied bird. Good depth of mask, lovely spots, nice width of cap. Was just beaten by a variety bird on the day. Wasn't much in these 2 birds at all.

Cage T owned by C & E Rogers from New South Wales, A little bit shorter in body, but lovely top end. Good feather release. Again, good shoulder, nice mask and deep spots. Played up a little bit, but when it counted, he came through.

Cage G owned by J Major from North Queensland, Another single factor. Nice long bird. Again, got good shoulder, Stands up well off the perch. Good spots and mask. Just got him in front of the hen in fifth.
