2:45 pm | ANBC Judges Accreditation Practical Examination – Panthers |
2 pm - 4:30 pm | Registration – at Penrith Panthers Foyer |
6 pm onwards | OFFICIAL OPENING - Meet and Greet – Welcome, Official opening and canapé selection dinner in Fernhill Room, Panthers |
Saturday 26th May |

6 am | Bird room open to Carers and Security |
7:30 am | Marquee at Panthers open to Officials, Trade Stands and Workers |
8:30 am | Marquee open to Registrations and Day Passes |
9 am – 11:30 am | Judging of ANBC Show: 1st set of Classes with viewing until noon |
10:30 am - 12:30 pm | Auction birds on display |
1 pm – 3:30 pm | Judging of ANBC Show: 2nd set of Classes with viewing until 4pm |
4 pm | All birds de-benched. Marquee closed |
5:30 pm | Shuttle bus from Mercure Hotel to Nepean Belle - Jetty at Jamisontown |
6 pm - 9 pm | Paddlewheeler Cruise and Dinner on Nepean Belle |
Sunday 27th May |

6 am | Birdroom open to Carers and Security |
7:30 am | Marquee open to Officials, Trade Stands and Workers |
8:30 am | Marquee open to Registrations and Day Passes |
9 am – 11.30 am | Judging of ANBC Show: 3rd Set of Classes with viewing until 12.30pm |
10:30 am – 12:30 pm | Viewing of Auction birds |
1 pm | National Show birds de-benched |
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm | Budgerigar Auction – ANBC Bird Auction commences followed by Auction of original Roy Aplin budgerigar paintings |
2:30 pm | Judges workshop in Marquee – open to all Registrations and Day Passes |
3:30 pm | Marquee Closed to all except Workers & Officials |
3:30 pm | ANBC Judges Panel Meeting in Boardroom |
4:30 pm | ANBC Colour and Standards meeting in Boardroom |
7 pm onwards | Presentation Dinner - Ron Mulock AO room |
